Aileen started with the company as an agent and experienced firsthand the unparalleled training and support offered by Lamacchia Realty. This, combined with the company culture, all led her to join the staff side of the organization. A role in Field Services and as an Administrative Assistant allows her to put her years of experience in all facets of the real estate business to use.
In her role as a Property Manager, Aileen utilizes her past experiences and the capabilities of a goal-oriented team to manage the needs and anticipations of property owners, tenants, external vendors, municipalities, and internal departments such as accounting and maintenance.
Aileen excels in creating a seamless experience for all parties involved by fostering clear communication and transparency. Her approach involves keeping everyone informed, proactively addressing concerns, and setting realistic timelines, ensuring a continuous cycle of efficiency and satisfaction. Her role is pivotal in maintaining the delicate balance of expectations and delivering results that meet and exceed them.
Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“I spend most of my time making memories with my family and friends- They are my world! I love to travel and experience the beauty, food and people of different regions. I can’t forget my dogs! I spend a lot of time with them and right now I’m training my puppy to be a therapy dog so she can go to local hospitals and visit with patients to help lift their spirits and maybe put a smile on their face.”

“Two charities I like to support are Walk MS and the Asperger/Autism Network (AANE).”

“I do! My family has two dogs, a cat, and a Russian tortoise.”
