BIOGRAPHY
Alex first joined Lamacchia Realty, Inc in 2010. A graduate fresh out of college, Alex dove headfirst into the world of real estate. Working closely with Anthony Lamacchia, Alex honed his skills and aced hundreds of challenging short sale transactions, helping distressed homeowners along the way. Alex transitioned in 2014 from assisting in short sales to primarily focus on being a listing agent through the next few years. In 2017, Alex started pairing buyers with their perfect homes and helping sellers move on to their next adventure. As a rockstar real estate agent, Alex closed 40 transactions in that first year alone, earning a spot in the prestigious Lamacchia Realty President’s Club not only once, but also in 2019!
Since being in the business and with Lamacchia Realty for past 13 years Alex has recently made another transition over to Lamacchia Property Management, serving landlords and helping to bring his knowledge and experience to better serve those landlords and tenants. Alex is now a Sales Representative and Property Manager for Lamacchia Property Management and will be focused on growing and improving Lamacchia PM and providing excellent service to our Property management clients.
Alex is a lifelong resident of Wilmington with two small children Laura & Vincent.
Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“I enjoy staying active in my spare time with hiking, golf and working out, but mostly my favorite thing is spending time with my kids.”

“I enjoy Hockey, Golf and Football for sports. My favorite team is the Boston Bruins.”

“I am excited to continue to learn and grow in this business now on the Property Management side. I have been with Anthony for 13 years and to see how the company has grown excites me to help grow out Property Management”
